Overview

The Attractions.io integration allows queue time updates from Mobaro RideOps to be displayed inside the Attractions.io guest app. Operators will update queue times in RideOps as usual, and these times will automatically sync to the guest-facing experience.

To complete this setup, you will need:

  • An API Key provided by Attractions.io

  • A Queue ID for each location you want to sync (also provided by Attractions.io)

Note: This setup is available only to Super Users or Organization Administrators and must be completed in the Mobaro web backend.

Enable the Attractions.io integration

Go to Configuration

  1. Log into the Mobaro web backend

  2. Navigate to ConfigurationRideOp

Enable the integration

  1. Scroll to the Attractions.io section

  2. Check Enable integration to Attractions.io

Enter your API key

  1. Paste your Attractions.io API Key into the API Key field

    • The key is provided directly by your Attractions.io representative

If the key is missing or incorrect, queue times will not sync.

Add queue mapping to a location

You need to assign a Queue ID to each attraction where queue times should sync to the guest app.

Open the location settings

  1. Go to Locations

  2. Select the attraction you want to update

  3. Click Edit

Enable RideOps for the location

  1. In the location details view, locate the RideOps section

  2. Ensure Enable RideOps is turned on and click RideOps Settings

Enter the Queue ID

  1. Scroll to the Queues section

  2. Enter the Attractions.io Queue ID provided for this specific attraction

Tip: Each attraction typically has its own unique Queue ID — enter the correct one so queue times map accurately.

How queue time updates work

Once the integration is enabled and queue IDs are mapped:

  • Operators enter queue times in RideOps

  • Mobaro automatically pushes the latest queue time to Attractions.io

  • Guests see live queue and operational status information in the Attractions.io app

Note: If operators do not update queue times frequently, the guest-facing queue display may appear outdated. You can configure a Queue Time Update Warning Threshold in the same Queues section to ensure operators are prompted in time.
