The downtime states combined with locations’ operational state are also indicated on the Location Overview dashboard. A small indicator has been added to the bottom of each location on the dashboard. Each of the four downtime states, covered above, has a unique color/pattern:
This indication works independently from the normal Red/Amber/Green indication which is used on the header of the locations.
The location is marked as out of operation and there are no active downtime registrations on the location. In turn, this indicates a location which can be marked as operational.
The location is marked as In Operation and there no active downtime registrations on the location.
The location is marked as out of operation but there are Resolved downtime registrations on the location. This is to indicate to administrative staff, that there are downtime registrations which needs to be closed by them and have the resulting downtime registered.
Means that the location has an open downtime registration. This is also referred to as a "non-blocking downtime" meaning that the ride can be marked as open again at anytime.
The location has a Blocking downtime registration which needs to be handled. As with the yellow indication above, this means an open downtime registration, but here we have a blocking assignment created with the downtime registration. This is either done automatically through the setup or done by the back-office staff.
