This article explains how to set up an availability notification.
Availability notifications are push notifications sent to the assignee of the scheduled checklist, whenever an affected checklist becomes available. This works as a reminder of their needed action.
Setting up availability notifications
- Go to notification rules tab under the organization section. Press the + create button to set up a new notification rule.
- Choose the type of report you want. In this tutorial we are setting up an availability notification, but the different types of reports are listed below, and you can read more about them here.
- Fill in the name of the report and add a description if relevant.
- Add the relevant schedules.
- Remember to press save.
Warning: Delivery delay may occur, therefore we do not recommend solely relying on the notifications for very short-lived schedules e.g. shorter than one hour.
