Background

Mobaro's development team has detected and deployed a fix for users affected by a bug causing the mobile application to load into a white screen or not load at all.

We advise you to ensure your app is updated to the app and deploy version you see above or later. To verify on your device, click your profile icon in the middle of the home screen and scroll down to the App Version and Deploy Version section.

Manual Fix

While not ordinary or the normal solution for bug fixes we deploy, if your device has been affected by this failure to load, please uninstall and then reinstall the Mobaro mobile app utilizing the appropriate app store.
