Missed Checklists Widget

Displays the total number of missed checklists for a selected time period.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Missed Checklists widget summarizes how many Checklists went uncompleted in a selected period, giving you a clear view of where operational gaps are forming.

Why this matters: Missed Checklists can signal safety or compliance risks, so surfacing them early lets you correct the underlying issue before it spreads.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to your Dashboard, then narrow the count to the data you care about:

  • Date Range: Choose a relevant timeframe, such as Last week or Last year.

  • Location: Focus on specific Locations or Location Groups.

  • Checklist Type: Limit results to particular Checklist categories.

Best practice: Pair this widget with the Completed Checklists widget for a full operational overview, and review missed counts regularly to address whatever is causing delays.
