Overview

Checklists in Mobaro allow you to manage critical pre-opening and closing tasks for your rides, ensuring safety and compliance. When integrated into RideOps, these Checklists ensure Operators complete necessary tasks before and after operations, minimizing risks and maintaining operational standards.

Configuring Pre-Opening Checklists

Pre-opening Checklists are designed to verify that a ride is safe and operational before guests are allowed to board.

To configure a Pre-Opening Checklist:

Navigate to Checklists

Go to the Mobaro Backend, and select Checklists from the navigation menu.

Create or Select a Checklist

Click + Create Checklist or select an existing Checklist from the list.

Assign Checklist to RideOps

Navigate to the RideOps Settings for the relevant location:

  • Open Locations in the Mobaro Backend.

  • Select and edit the location and click on RideOps Settings.

Set as Pre-Opening Checklist

  • Under the Checklists section, assign the Checklist as the Pre-Opening Checklist.

  • Set a validity period (e.g., 600 minutes) to determine how long the Checklist remains valid after completion.

optional‎ Enable Validation

Toggle Require Approval for Pre-Opening Checklist to ensure the completed Checklist is reviewed by an authorized user before the location can open.

Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply the configuration.

Reminder: Operators cannot mark a ride as operational in RideOps until the Pre-Opening Checklist is completed and validated.

Configuring Closing Checklists

Closing Checklists help ensure that all end-of-day tasks, such as securing the ride and performing maintenance checks, are completed.

To configure a Closing Checklist:

Follow Steps 1–3 from Pre-Opening

Navigate to the Checklists section in RideOps Settings for the selected location.

Assign the Checklist

Set the Checklist as the Closing Checklist under the Checklists section.

Save Changes

Click Save to confirm.

Note: Closing Checklists do not affect operational status but are critical for tracking end-of-day processes and compliance.
