    • optional Enable the Mark as due for renewal checkbox to flag the certification for renewal at a set date.

  4. optional Add Attachments: Upload relevant documentation, such as scanned certificates or proof of training.

Certification Management and Expiration

Viewing Certifications

Users can see all their certifications and their expiration statuses under the Competencies tab in the Certification Center.

Renewing Certifications

Certifications marked with Mark as due for renewal will automatically activate the associated Certification Process starting from the renewal date. This allows users to retake the Certification Process to renew their certification before it expires.

How Renewal Works:

  1. Enable Renewal During Certification Creation
When creating or editing a certification process, check the Mark as due for renewal option and set an expiration date. This ensures the renewal process is triggered.

  2. Activation of Certification Process
On the renewal date, the associated Certification Process will become active again in the Certification Center, allowing users to retake the process.

  3. User Action
Users must complete the reactivated Certification Process, including any required tasks or validation, to extend their certification.

Tip: Administrators can monitor progress through the Certification Processes page to ensure timely completion of renewals.
