How Users Can Gain Certifications
In Mobaro, users can gain certifications either through manual creation by administrators or by completing Certification Processes in the Certification Center of the Mobaro mobile app.
Manually Assigning Certifications
Administrators can manually create and assign certifications using the Certifications page in the Mobaro Backend.
Navigate to Certifications
Open the Mobaro Backend, go to the Competencies section, and select
Certifications.
Create a New Certification
Click the + Create button to open the editor.
Fill Out Certification Details
Add User: Select the user(s) who will receive the certification.
Add Competency: Choose the competency the certification is tied to.
Set Expiration Details
By default, certifications are set to Never expires.
To specify an expiration date, uncheck the Never expires option and select a date under Expiration date.

Enable the Mark as due for renewal checkbox to flag the certification for renewal at a set date.

Add Attachments: Upload relevant documentation, such as scanned certificates or proof of training.
Save the Certification
Click Save to finalize the certification. The assigned user will now see this certification in their profile.
Earning Certifications via Certification Processes
Users can earn certifications through predefined Certification Processes, which are typically tied to tasks or training requirements, using the Mobaro mobile app.
Access the Certification Center
Open the Mobaro mobile app and navigate to the Certification Center from the main menu.
Start a Certification Process
Select a process under the Certification tab. Follow the assigned Checklist or task as defined by the process.
Receive Certification
Once all steps are completed and validated (if applicable), the certification is awarded and visible under the Competencies tab in the Certification Center.

Viewing Certifications
Users can see all their certifications and their expiration statuses under the Competencies tab in the Certification Center.
Renewing Certifications
Certifications marked with Mark as due for renewal will automatically activate the associated Certification Process starting from the renewal date. This allows users to retake the Certification Process to renew their certification before it expires.
How Renewal Works:
