Overview

In Mobaro, deleting certifications can be done easily, but when certifications are linked to a process, special steps must be taken. This article will guide you through the process of deleting certifications and how to handle those tied to a process.

Deleting Manually Created Certifications

To delete a certification that was manually created, follow these simple steps:

Go to the Certifications Page

Navigate to the "Certifications" section within Mobaro.

Select the Certification

Click the checkbox next to the certification you wish to delete. A toolbar will appear.

Click the Delete Icon

Click the trash can icon in the toolbar to remove the selected certification.

Handling Certifications from Processes

If a certification is linked to a certification process, it cannot be deleted directly. Here’s how you can manage such cases:

Invalidate the Result

To delete a certification tied to a process, you must first invalidate the result within the process that provided the certification.

Open the Certification's details

For certifications tied to certification processes, either find the related result specifically on that certification's detail page or sort through the Results page to find the related result.

Invalidate the specific result

Invalidate the result to remove the specific certification granted to the user.
