Overview

The Location Overview Settings allow administrators to define the readiness status of locations globally, using color codes (green, red, or gray) to highlight a location's operational status. These settings apply to both the Mobaro Backend Dashboards and the Mobile Location Overview, providing a consistent view of location readiness for all users.

Accessing Location Overview Settings

To locate the Location Overview settings:

Navigate to Configuration

In the Mobaro Backend, click on Configuration in the sidebar.

Select Location Overview

From the top navigation bar, select the Location Overview tab.

Open the Header Color Section

The settings are displayed under the Header Color panel.

Configuring Location Overview Settings

Each setting in this section adjusts the readiness color logic for locations. Below is a breakdown of the options:

Color is Only Affected by Approved Results

  • Description: Ensures that only approved results affect the location's color status, excluding awaiting validation or resumable results.

  • Impact: Locations will only turn green if results are approved. Pending or incomplete results will not affect the status.

Red if One or More Checklists Are Missing

  • Description: Sets the location's header color to red if any required Checklists are missing, whether the Checklists are marked as critical or not.

  • Impact: Use this option to ensure Checklists are completed on time, signaling non-compliance when missing.

Red if One or More Active High Priority Assignments Exist

  • Description: Turns the location header red if there are any active high-priority Assignments.

  • Impact: Ensures high-priority tasks receive immediate attention by flagging affected locations.

Red if a Blocking Downtime Is Active on the Location

  • Description: Changes the location header to red if a blocking downtime is reported.

  • Impact: Highlights locations where operations are completely halted by a blocking downtime (a downtime with an assignment related to it)

Allow All Users the Ability to Look Into a Location's Readiness

  • Description: Grants all users visibility into a location’s readiness details, such as results, assignments, and downtimes.

  • Impact: Provides transparency for all users, regardless of role.

Readiness Colors

The settings above determine how colors are displayed in the Location Overview:

Color

Status

Green

Indicates the location is fully ready with no unresolved issues.

Red

Highlights critical issues such as missing Checklists, high-priority assignments, or blocking downtimes.

Gray

Indicates that readiness cannot be determined due to insufficient data, typically caused by the absence of scheduled checklists matching the selected date range, categories, or applied filters.

Q: How does the "Approved Results" setting work?
A: Only Checklists marked as approved will impact readiness colors. Draft or incomplete Checklists will not.
