The Location Overview widget is a core tool for visualizing the readiness status of locations across your organization. It provides a snapshot of all locations, highlighting checklist completions, assignments, and readiness metrics in a tile-based interface.
This widget helps teams monitor operational readiness and ensures critical items are handled before opening or during operations.

Configuring the Location Overview
Adjusting Layout Settings
To customize how data is displayed, access the Layout Settings icon (presentation icon):
Fixed Box Width: Enable this to maintain consistent tile sizes across all locations.
Hide Assignment Information: Hide the assignments section for a cleaner view.
Hide Checklist Information: Exclude checklist details to focus on readiness metrics.
Hide Locations Ready for Operation: Focus only on locations requiring attention by hiding tiles marked as ready.
Order Locations By: Choose how locations are sorted (e.g., by name, readiness status).
Readiness Configuration
Under the Readiness Configuration menu:
Mark Approved Items as Handled: Automatically update readiness when items are approved.
Mark Results Awaiting Approval as Handled: Update readiness for pending approvals.
Understanding Tile Metrics
Each tile represents a location and contains the following metrics:
Checklists: Shows the number of due checklists and their completion status.
Assignments: Displays the number of pending assignments and their deadlines and priorities.
Readiness Status:
Green (Ready): All checklists and assignments are completed.
Amber (Attention Needed): Some items are pending validation.
Red (Critical): Immediate action is required to address overdue or incomplete items.
