Readiness Widget Overview

Learn how the Readiness widget provides actionable insights into checklist completion and operational readiness across locations.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Readiness widget shows checklist completion percentages and operational readiness for individual Locations or Location Groups as a progress bar, helping teams track daily progress at a glance.

Why this matters: A single progress bar confirms whether facilities are prepared for smooth operations and surfaces problem areas before they affect the day.

Configuration and filters

Use the filters and layout options to control what the widget reports:

  • Date Selection: choose specific days or date ranges to focus on.

  • Location Filters: narrow results by specific Locations or Location Groups.

  • Adjust layout settings to show or hide information such as assignment counts and Checklists details.

  • Enable options to mark approved items as handled or highlight incomplete Results requiring approval.

Reading the widget

The progress bar shows the percentage of completed checklists, color-coded by status:

  • Green: all required checklists are completed.

  • Orange: partial completion, with items still pending.

  • Red: no checklists have been completed.

  • Open the details view to see readiness percentages per location and drill down into individual Checklists for pending items.

Best practice: Use the location and date filters to focus on specific areas, then drill into individual locations for a granular view of incomplete tasks and pending approvals.
