Overview

The operational log enables administrators and operators to track and record activities, such as ride dispatches, queue updates, and more. This article guides you through adding new entries and editing existing logs.


Adding a New Operational Log Entry

Access the Operational Log

Navigate to Locations in the Mobaro Backend.

Select the desired location from the list.

Click the Operational Log icon to open the log.

Create a New Log Entry

Click the + button in the operational log window.

In the Create Operational Activity dialog:

  • Activity Type: Select an option (e.g., Riders Dispatch or Queue Time).

  • Date: Specify the activity date and time.

  • Operator: Add the user responsible for the activity.

Enter the required fields based on the selected activity type:

  • Riders Dispatch: Include dispatch count, units in use, and seat availability.

  • Queue Time: Enter the queue duration in minutes.

Click Save to add the entry.


Editing an Existing Log Entry

Locate the Entry to Edit

In the operational log, browse or search for the entry to edit.

Use filters such as This Week, Users, or Activity Types to narrow down results.

Edit the Entry

Select the entry and click the Edit icon.

Modify the relevant fields in the dialog.

Click Save to apply changes.


Viewing and Filtering the Operational Log

Using Filters

Access the filter menu from the operational log interface.

Apply filters such as:

  • Timeframe (e.g., Today, This Week).

  • Activity Types (e.g., Dispatch, Queue Updates).

  • Users involved.

Sorting Entries

Sort by Time for better clarity.

Q: Can I delete a log entry?
​A: Yes, click the Delete icon on the entry, but exercise caution as deletions are irreversible.
