Overview

The Average Score widget provides an overarching view of performance across checklists by calculating the average score. It allows users to quickly gauge the effectiveness of processes, compliance, or performance.

Functionality

  • Displays a single, consolidated score across all selected checklists or filters.

  • Color-coded bar indicates the range of performance, transitioning from red (low performance) to green (high performance).

  • The score is presented as a percentage to simplify interpretation.

Configuration Options

  1. Date Range:

    • Filter data by a specific time period (e.g., last 7 days, last month, custom range).

  2. Checklist Filters:

    • Select one or multiple checklists to narrow down the data being analyzed.

  3. Grouping Options:

    • Aggregate data by user, location, or category.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to the dashboard and add the Average Score widget.

  2. Configure filters to focus on relevant data.

  3. Use the color-coded feedback to identify performance trends at a glance.

Example Use Case: A theme park manager uses the Average Score widget to assess the overall maintenance performance of rides over the past month. A high score indicates consistent compliance with safety standards.
