Average Score Per Page Widget

Highlights the average score for each page within a selected checklist.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Average Score Per Page widget breaks scores down by individual Checklist page, giving you a more granular view of performance as a bar chart.

Why this matters: Breaking the score out by page pinpoints exactly which sections of a Checklist are dragging performance down.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to a Dashboard and refine it with the following options:

  • Checklist selection to choose the Checklist to analyze page by page.

  • Threshold settings to define upper and lower thresholds that categorize performance visually with red, amber, and green.

  • Date Range to limit results to a specific timeframe.

Best practice: Set meaningful thresholds, then review the pages that repeatedly score low and make targeted improvements there.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How are low-scoring pages highlighted?
A: Color-coded thresholds (red, amber, green) make weak pages easy to spot in the bar chart.

Q: What is a typical use case?
A: A quality assurance officer can evaluate inspection pages that repeatedly score low (for example, a "Safety" page at 60%) and make targeted improvements.

Q: How is this different from the Average Score widget?
A: The Average Score widget gives one consolidated number, while this widget splits that score across each page.
