Question Category Score Widget

Shows the average score for a specific Question Category over a selected timeframe.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Question Category Score widget shows the average score for a single Question Category, such as Safety Procedures or Ride Maintenance, as a horizontal bar.

Why this matters: Isolating one category turns broad Results data into a clear signal of where a specific area of operations is succeeding or falling behind.

Configuration and filters

Set the filters on the widget to control what the bar reflects:

  • Use the timeframe dropdown to select the date range to analyze, such as Last 12 months or Last 30 days.

  • Select the Question Category you want to view.

  • Read the bar from red to green, where the gradient indicates low to high scores. Hover over the bar to see the exact percentage.

Best practice: Focus improvement efforts on the lowest-performing categories, and pair the widget with detailed Checklists to identify specific question trends.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What does the bar color represent?
A: A gradient from red to green where red is a low average score and green is a high one. Hover over the bar for the exact percentage.

Q: How do I compare more than one category?
A: Add a separate widget for each Question Category you want to track, since each widget focuses on a single category.
