Score Development Widget

Tracks the average score’s progression over time in a dynamic line chart.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Score Development widget shows the trend of average scores over a set period as a line chart, giving you a visual representation of performance changes over time.

Why this matters: Seeing scores trend up or down over time tells you whether process changes are actually improving performance.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to a Dashboard and refine it with the following options:

  • Time Period selection to choose the date range to plot, such as the last 12 months or a custom range.

  • Checklist filters to focus the trend on the relevant Checklists.

Best practice: Set a longer time period after a process change so the line chart can reveal whether scores are genuinely improving or declining.
