Readiness Gauge Widget

Shows readiness in a circular gauge format for visualizing completion rates.

Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Readiness Gauge widget shows checklist completion as a circular gauge, displaying the readiness percentage with color-coded indicators for completion levels across Locations or Location Groups.

Why this matters: The gauge updates in real time and makes readiness status readable at a glance, so teams can spot where completion is lagging without reading numbers.

Configuration and filters

Set the filters, then read the gauge:

  • Use the Time Period dropdown to define the reporting period, such as Today or This Week.

  • Narrow the focus to specific Locations, Location Groups, or tags for more granular insights.

  • Read the gauge color and percentage, where red, amber, and green segments indicate low, moderate, and high readiness respectively.

Best practice: Use the gauge to track readiness trends over time, and pair it with Readiness by Locations and Groups to compare performance visually across multiple entities.
