Overview
In Mobaro, you can change the location associated with a completed result. This can be helpful when a result was completed at the wrong location or needs to be reassigned to a different site. However, it’s important to note that transferring a result between locations with calendar schedules may have unintended scheduling consequences, so caution should be taken when making changes.
Changing a Result's Location
To change the location of a completed result, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Results Page
Go to the "Results" section from the Mobaro menu.
Select the Result to Update

Confirm the Change
Click Change Result Location to apply the new location to the selected result.
Considerations When Changing a Location
When transferring a result between locations with associated calendar schedules, there are potential impacts to be aware of:
Schedule Impact: The associated schedule slot will update to reflect the new location, which could trigger unintended changes to the scheduling of future results or create missing results.
Reporting and Data Impact: Changing the location may affect reporting and data visibility based on location-specific filters, so ensure the data aligns with the intended view.
Warning: Be mindful of the scheduling consequences when changing a result’s location, especially if the result is part of a calendar schedule. It may affect the timing and availability of the result in future reports.
