Tracks the Net Promoter Score over time using a line or bar chart to monitor short- and long-term changes.

Overview

The NPS Score Development widget shows how your NPS evolves over time, making it easy to spot trends and correlate them with organizational changes.

Why this matters: Tracking the movement of your NPS rather than a static value lets you measure the short-term impact of recent initiatives and react quickly when sentiment shifts.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to your Dashboard, then shape the view using the available controls:

  • Time interval: Choose daily, weekly, or monthly data points.

  • Annotations: Add notes to highlight significant events or changes.

  • Filters: Narrow the data to specific Locations or Location Groups.

Best practice: Use annotations to correlate NPS changes with campaigns or operational adjustments, and focus on shorter intervals to track rapid changes after a new initiative.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Which interval should I use?
A: Match the interval to the pace of change you want to observe. For example, an operations director tracking NPS daily after launching a new guest assistance program gets immediate feedback and can make adjustments right away.

Q: How do annotations help?
A: They mark when something notable happened, so you can line up a rise or dip in the NPS with the campaign or operational change that caused it.
