Overview
Use this guide when Continue, a submit control, or another button is missing or does not respond in the Mobaro mobile app. First identify the screen and the work affected. A missing control can have a different cause from a control that is visible but disabled.

🛑 Critical: Preserve unsent work and saved Checklist progress. Do not uninstall, clear app data, delete a saved Result or repeatedly release a resume lock just to make a button appear.
Check the screen
1. Identify the application
Confirm whether you are using the installed Mobaro mobile app, the Backend in a browser, or RideOps. Record the device model, operating-system version and app version. These are different surfaces; follow feature and device compatibility.
2. Record what is missing
Capture the whole affected screen with unrelated personal details hidden. Include any keyboard or system navigation bar covering the control. Record the exact error and whether the button is absent, disabled, or visible but unresponsive.
3. Check the expected workflow
Screen or symptom | What to check | Next step |
Select Resumable Result | The intended saved Result is selected. | If Continue is still absent, record the selection and escalate. |
Checklist completion | Required answers, photos, comments and any displayed validation message. | Address the displayed requirement; see completing a Checklist. |
Saved progress unavailable | Correct Checklist and Location; who has the cloud save open. | Ask a supervisor to check Resumable Results. |
Sign-in or expired session | Whether the same User can sign in to the Backend. | Follow login troubleshooting; do not repeatedly reset a working password. |
4. Compare without changing records
Check whether the problem affects one Checklist or several, one User or several, and one device or several. Ask others what they see; do not submit duplicate inspections or use someone else’s credentials as a test. Tell Support which comparison worked and which failed.
5. Preserve the affected work
If you can return safely to the home screen, record the connection tile and pending count. That count is not proof that every User’s work is uploaded. If the screen blocks you from checking, leave the app’s data intact and contact Support.
Ask Support to investigate
Send the surface, app and device versions, organization, Checklist or Result ID, Location, time and time zone, screenshot, and the steps already tried. If a normal selection or requirement has been checked, say so explicitly. See contacting Mobaro Support.
Best practices
Keep the original device and progress available while Support investigates.
Capture one clear reproduction rather than repeating recovery actions.
Coordinate with the person working on a shared cloud save.
Frequently asked questions
The Continue button is still missing after I selected a saved Checklist. What now?
Record the selected Result and screen, and tell Mobaro Support whether other Checklists work. A missing Continue button after selection is not proof of a resume lock. Do not delete the save as a workaround.
The keyboard or navigation bar covers the button. Should I reinstall?
Do not reinstall solely because a control is covered. Capture the full screen, identify the app or browser, and send the device and version details to Mobaro Support while preserving local work.
My password works on the web but the app has no sign-in button. Should I reset it?
A working web sign-in does not explain a missing app control. Record the app version and affected devices, then follow login troubleshooting. Preserve device data before any reset or reinstall.
