Overview
The RideOps category in the dashboard widget list holds nine widgets for ride data: dispatches, riders, queue times and utilization. This article lists them, says what each shows and explains the filters they share.
There's no single widget called RideOps Statistics: pick the widget below that answers your question. To add a widget to a dashboard, see How to set up Dashboard Templates.

💡 Why this matters: Live status tells you what's happening now. These widgets show how rides performed over a day or a season — the read you need for staffing, capacity planning and season-over-season comparison.
The RideOps widgets

Filter the RideOps widgets
The six widgets that cover a period share these filters:
A time range. It must have a start and an end, so there's no All Time.
Chart Interval: Year, Month, Week, Day, Hour or Quarter Hour.
Locations: Locations or Location Groups. Ride Operational Efficiency takes one Location only, with no Location Groups.

Ride Load Development, Ride Capacity Utilization and Ride Dispatch Time also have Statistics, to add Averages and Trends to the chart. It's available when exactly one Location or Location Group is selected.
The day widgets work differently. Ride Throughput shows one Location for one day (Today, Yesterday or a Specific Date), with Colorize periods with full throughput and Ideal options. Hourly Throughput shows several Locations for one day, with a Metric of Riders or Dispatches and Export to Excel. Ride Queue has Locations and Show as Chart.
Choose a data source
Every RideOps widget has a Source filter. RideOps, the default, uses dispatches and queue times recorded in RideOps. External uses dispatches and queue times sent to Mobaro by an integration, such as Safari AI. If a widget is empty for rides that use an integration, switch Source to External.
⚠️ Heads-up: A period widget shows The filters applied resulted in too many data points. Try narrowing down your filters. when the time range holds more than 400 intervals — for example, Hour over more than about 16 days. Choose a longer Chart Interval or a shorter time range.
Best practices
Match the Chart Interval to the question: Hour or Quarter Hour to study one day's peaks, Day or Week for season trends.
Filter each widget to the rides you compare, and save the view in a Personal filter.
Correct missing or wrong dispatches in the Operational Log, so the widgets and reports agree.
Frequently asked questions
How do I see ride throughput?
Add a RideOps widget to a Dashboard Template: Hourly Throughput for riders or dispatches per hour on several rides, Ride Throughput for one ride's day in detail, or Ride Load Development for riders and dispatches over a period. See How to set up Dashboard Templates.
Where can I add missing throughput numbers?
Not in the widgets. Add or correct dispatches in the Location's Operational Log with Create Activity or Edit Activity. This needs a Super User or Operations › Manage Dispatch Entries. See Log book on the web — the Operational Log dialog.
Can I see hourly throughput in the Mobaro mobile app?
No. Dashboard widgets, including Hourly Throughput, are only in the Backend (web).
Can I fix Hourly Throughput to only certain rides?
Yes. Choose the rides in the widget's Locations filter, then save the view in a Personal filter. To set it for everyone, save it in an Organization filter in the template. See Dashboard filters — Organization vs Personal.
