Overview
When a Location allows it, Operators can see how their ride is performing right on the RideOps tablet: utilization, dispatches, riders, average cycle time and uptime, for today, the last 60 minutes and their own shift. They can also pin one of these figures to the Operation Dashboard so it's always in view.
These are live, per-ride figures for the people running the ride. For reporting across rides and over longer periods, use the RideOps dashboard widgets in the Backend.

Turn on ride statistics
1. Open the Location's RideOps Settings
In the Backend, go to Locations, open the Location and click RideOps Settings.
2. Tick Allow Operators to view Ride Statistics
The checkbox is in the RideOps Configuration section. It applies to every Operator at this Location; you can't show statistics to some Operators and not others.
3. Save
Confirm the dialog and save the Location. The chart icon appears on the ride's tablets the next time they update the ride. Mobaro also checks the setting when a tablet asks for the figures, so while it's off no tablet can load them.
Open the Statistics panel
While an Operator is signed in, tap the chart icon in the menu on the left. The Statistics panel shows each figure in three columns:
Today: since midnight, in the tablet's time zone.
Last 60 minutes: the hour up to now.
Your shift: since the current Operator signed in on this tablet.
ℹ️ Note: Your shift counts everything recorded at the ride since the Operator signed in, including dispatches added by others in the Operational Log, not only the Operator's own entries.
The panel needs a connection. If it can't load the figures, it shows You seem to be offline. with a Try Again button.
What each figure means

A figure shows N/A when Mobaro can't work it out, for example utilization before the ride has been open or before the first dispatch. The figures use the Location's current Dispatches settings; see Managing queues and dispatches in RideOps. For how uptime is recorded, see Uptime, downtime, and lag time explained.
⚠️ Heads-up: The tablet only counts dispatches recorded in RideOps or the Operational Log. Dispatches sent by an integration such as Safari AI aren't included. To see those, use a RideOps dashboard widget with Source set to External.
Pin a figure to the dashboard
Tap a figure's name in the Statistics panel; a tick shows it's selected. Tap it again to remove it. You can also choose it under Dashboard statistics in the tablet's settings panel, which offers the same six figures plus None.
While the ride is open, the pinned figure shows on the Operation Dashboard with its Today, Last 60 minutes and Your shift values. It refreshes each time a dispatch reaches Mobaro, not in between, and tapping it opens the full Statistics panel. The choice is saved on the tablet, per ride, and is cleared by a Factory Reset.
When the figures look wrong

Best practices
Check the Location's Dispatches settings before you turn statistics on, so the first figures Operators see are right.
Pin Dispatches or Riders for new teams; utilization is easier to read once they know the ride's targets.
Open and close the ride on the tablet at the real times, so Uptime and utilization stay accurate.
Use the dashboard widgets, not the tablet, for season comparisons and reports.
Frequently asked questions
What does it mean when I give operators access to Ride Statistics?
Operators at that Location get a chart icon in RideOps that opens today's, the last hour's and their shift's utilization, dispatches, riders, average cycle time and uptime for the ride. It shows nothing from other rides.
Why is ride utilization over 100%?
Riders are higher than the Location's settings expect. Check that Capacity per dispatchable unit is one unit's seats, Time between dispatches is the real gap, and the ride was opened on the tablet on time. See Managing queues and dispatches in RideOps.
Can I show statistics to only some operators?
No. Allow Operators to view Ride Statistics is per Location, so every Operator at that ride sees them.
Where can I see how many guests rode each attraction across the park?
Use the RideOps dashboard widgets in the Backend, such as Hourly Throughput or Ride Load Development. See RideOps dashboard widgets.
Why don't the tablet figures match my dashboard widget?
The tablet covers today, the last 60 minutes or your shift, and only RideOps dispatches. Check the widget's time range and that its Source is RideOps.
