Overview
Use this workflow when you need to assemble a set of inspection records for an internal review, an auditor or a specific information request. Define the scope, export the appropriate records and check what the files actually contain.
An evidence pack here means a folder of exports you organize outside Mobaro. It is not a separate Mobaro feature or a single combined export.

💡 Why this matters: A clear index and consistent scope help the recipient understand which records are included and what each file demonstrates.
Agree the scope first
Which Locations and Checklists are included?
What date period and time zone should be used?
Are detailed answers, photos and validation information needed?
Does the request also cover missed checks or follow-up Assignments?
Which report language and presentation should the recipient receive?
Record those choices in a short index for the pack. Work from the relevant records you can access; your exported selection is not automatically an organization-wide record set.
Collect the inspection records
1. Filter the Results
Open Results and set the agreed Location, Checklist and time filters. Review the selected records before exporting. Include the Result’s state in your review so an unapproved or disapproved record is not described as approved evidence.
2. Create an index
Choose an Excel export when you need a list or a comparison of answers. Export result summary supplies a high-level overview without answers. The aggregated Excel option compares Results of the same Checklist. See exporting Results for the choices.
3. Export detailed records
Select up to 20 Results and choose Export result(s) › Export Detailed Report as PDF, or the appropriate Report Template. Several Results are delivered as a ZIP containing separate PDFs. Keep the export dialog open until the ZIP is ready.
4. Check one PDF before exporting more
Open a representative report and check its answers, images, language and relevant review information. A Report Template can hide sections or images, so a successful download alone does not establish that the requested information is included. See Report Templates.
Add related records deliberately
If follow-up work is part of the request, collect the related Assignment records as separate exports and identify their relationship in your index. See Assignment reporting and exports. An Assignment’s current status answers a different question from the original inspection Result.
Review Missing Results separately when the request includes work that was expected but not completed. A folder containing only completed Result reports does not account for every scheduled inspection. Use handling Missing Results for that review.
ℹ️ Note: Do not change operational records just to make a report look consistent. If a correction is genuinely needed, use the authorized correction workflow and keep the change history; see modifying Results.
Finish the pack
Check the exported files against your index, name the files consistently and state the date range, time zone and any excluded scope. Open a sample from every export format. Share the pack through your organization’s usual approved channel.
Best practices
Keep raw exports alongside any analysis you prepare from them.
Separate completed work, missed work and follow-up tasks in the index.
Check report contents before repeating a large export.
Frequently asked questions
Can I export a whole year of Results?
Yes, using the available Result exports and an appropriate date selection. PDF exports are limited to 20 Results per batch. See exporting Results for larger and recurring exports.
Can I print a Result in another language?
Report output uses the requesting User’s language settings. Check a sample after selecting the intended language; Checklist content also depends on available translations. See language and format settings.
How do I show who completed and reviewed the work?
Inspect the Result report’s contributor and validation information and check what the chosen template includes. See the Compliance page in Result reports.
