Overview
The Select Question type allows users to choose from predefined options in a checklist. It can be configured as Single Choice (only one option selectable) or Multiple Choice (multiple options selectable). This question type is useful for standardizing responses in inspections, surveys, and operational checklists.
Configuration & Setup
Step 1: Add a Select Question
Navigate to Checklists and open the checklist editor.
Click Add an element and select Select Question from the list.
Enter a Title and optional Explanatory Text to provide additional instructions.
Step 2: Configure Question Settings
Under Question Configuration, choose a Type:
Single Choice – Users can select only one option.
Multiple Choice – Users can select multiple options.
Click Add new option to create selectable choices.
Assign Points to each option if scoring is needed.
Tip: If using Multiple Choice, ensure users understand they can select more than one option.
