Overview
The Readiness as Text widget shows a percentage and its underlying counts, such as “12 of 15 checklists”. It measures handled scheduled Checklists within your filters.
It uses the same calculation as the Readiness widget, the Readiness Gauge and the Compliance Meter, shown as text. To add it, see How to set up Dashboard Templates.

What it shows
The percentage is handled Checklists divided by all scheduled Checklists in the time range, rounded to a whole number. The line below shows both numbers: "handled of total checklists".
By default a scheduled Checklist is handled when its Result is completed and either doesn't need approval or has been approved, or when it was missed and the missed Checklist has been approved or rescheduled. Results awaiting approval, and disapproved Results, aren't handled.
The total is every scheduled Checklist in the time range: one per Calendar slot or Ad Hoc Slot and Location (or Asset) — completed, awaiting approval, missed, overdue, available now or available later. Checklists completed outside a slot aren't counted, and Continuous Schedules have no slots.
Because Checklists available later in the day are in the total, the figure starts the day low and rises as work is done.
Super Users see every scheduled Checklist. Other Users see Checklists at Locations they're a member of and — without Schedules › View — only from Schedules where they're an assignee, reviewer or owner. Two people can see different numbers on the same dashboard. See How access works in Mobaro.
ℹ️ Note: The readiness percentage isn't a Location's ready-for-operation status. That status (red or green) comes from the Header Color settings and critical Checklists — see Configuring readiness colors on the Location Overview.
Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so a Checklist has to match all of them.

Checklists | Only the chosen Checklists. | All |
Schedules | Only slots from the chosen Schedules. | All |

Reading the widget
Click the widget to open Readiness Details: each Location and Location Group with its percentage, down to the individual Checklists. See Readiness widget overview.
With no scheduled Checklists in the time range, the widget shows 0% and "0 of 0 checklists".
The widget reloads when you change a filter, when you approve or disapprove from the dashboard, and with the dashboard every 10 minutes. Filter changes are kept only if you save them in a Personal filter — see How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
For a start-of-day check, filter to the Schedules that must be done before opening, so later and monthly work doesn't hold the number down.
Put it next to the Compliance Meter to see what the rest of the work is waiting on.
Decide whether pending approvals count as done for your team, and set Configuration to match.
Frequently asked questions
What does "0 of 1" or "0 of 0" mean?
"0 of 1" means one Checklist is scheduled in the time range and it isn't handled yet. "0 of 0" means no Checklists are scheduled in the time range for your filters, so the widget shows 0%.
Users I shared the dashboard with see no data, but I do. Why?
They only see Checklists at Locations they're a member of, and without Schedules › View only from Schedules where they're an assignee, reviewer or owner. Super Users see everything. Check their Location membership and Role.
Some checklists are done after the scheduled time. Why doesn't the percentage count them?
A Checklist finished within its grace period counts as handled. Once the slot has ended it's missed; approve or reschedule the missed Checklist and it counts as handled (with Mark approved items as handled on). See How to handle missing Results.
Why does readiness never reach 100%?
Every scheduled Checklist in the time range counts, including ones available later today and monthly Checklists that overlap it. Filter the Schedules or Checklist Categories, or choose Ends next to the time range. See Readiness widget overview.
