Overview
The Readiness by Locations and Groups widget compares the percentage of handled scheduled Checklists at each Location or Location Group.
Each bar uses the same calculation as the Readiness widget. To add it, see How to set up Dashboard Templates.

What it shows
Each bar is the handled percentage for that Location or Location Group: handled Checklists divided by all scheduled Checklists in the time range, on a 0–100% scale.
By default a scheduled Checklist is handled when its Result is completed and either doesn't need approval or has been approved, or when it was missed and the missed Checklist has been approved or rescheduled. Results awaiting approval, and disapproved Results, aren't handled.
The total is every scheduled Checklist in the time range: one per Calendar slot or Ad Hoc Slot and Location (or Asset) — completed, awaiting approval, missed, overdue, available now or available later. Checklists completed outside a slot aren't counted, and Continuous Schedules have no slots.
Which bars you get depends on the Locations filter:
Nothing selected: one bar per top-level Location Group, covering every Location in it and its sub-groups, plus one bar per Location that isn't in any group.
Location Groups selected: one bar per selected group. Locations you also selected get their own bar.
Only Locations selected: one bar per selected Location.
Bar colors just tell bars apart; they don't mean good or bad. A Location or group with no scheduled Checklists in the time range shows 0%.
Super Users see every scheduled Checklist. Other Users see Checklists at Locations they're a member of and — without Schedules › View — only from Schedules where they're an assignee, reviewer or owner. Two people can see different numbers on the same dashboard. See How access works in Mobaro.
ℹ️ Note: The readiness percentage isn't a Location's ready-for-operation status. That status (red or green) comes from the Header Color settings and critical Checklists — see Configuring readiness colors on the Location Overview.
Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so a Checklist has to match all of them.

Reading the widget
Hover over a bar to see its name and percentage.
Click a Location Group's bar to open Readiness Details for that group; click a Location's bar to go straight to its Checklists. Clicking the chart background opens the details for everything shown. See Readiness widget overview.
If no Locations match your filter and access, the widget shows No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
The widget reloads when you change a filter, when you approve or disapprove from the dashboard, and with the dashboard every 10 minutes. Filter changes are kept only if you save them in a Personal filter — see How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
Select your main Location Groups in the Locations filter so each area gets one bar.
Use Readiness Details with Show 100% items turned off to see only what's still behind.
Use the Location Overview widget when you need each Location's ready-for-operation status rather than a percentage.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get an overview by location group?
Yes. Select the Location Groups in the Locations filter and you get one bar per group. With nothing selected, you get one bar per top-level group plus Locations that aren't in a group.
Which widget shows checklists from different locations side by side?
This one for readiness percentages, or Completed Checklists by Location for the number completed. For a card per Location with its Checklist states, use the Location Overview widget.
Why does a location show 0%?
Either none of its scheduled Checklists in the time range is handled yet, or it has none scheduled for your filters. Click the bar: the details show "N/A" when nothing is scheduled.
Why don't I see a bar for a sub-group?
With nothing selected, sub-groups are rolled into their top-level group. Select the sub-group in the Locations filter to give it its own bar.
