Overview
The Completed Checklists by Locations and Groups widget counts completed Checklists in a time range. Compare the columns to see how much work each Location or Location Group completed.

What it shows
Each bar is the number of completed Checklist Results at that Location or Location Group whose completion time falls in the time range.
All completed Results count, whatever their approval state, and whether or not they came from a Schedule. Unfinished and deleted Results don't.
Without Show Locations in Groups: one bar per selected Location, and for each selected Location Group one bar for the group and one for each group below it.
With Show Locations in Groups on: one bar per Location in your selection, with groups broken down into their Locations.
The widget only counts Results you can see. Super Users see all; other Users see Results at their Locations, within their Result permissions. See How access works in Mobaro.
⚠️ Heads-up: A Location Group's bar counts only Locations placed directly in that group. Locations in its sub-groups are counted in the sub-groups' own bars, so a parent group can look low or be missing. Turn on Show Locations in Groups to see every Location.
Settings and filters
The widget shows Checklist/Checklist Category and Location/Location Group must be selected until you choose at least one Checklist or Checklist Category and at least one Location or Location Group.

There's no Schedules or State filter. Without Chart Options, bar colors only tell bars apart.
Reading the widget
Hover over a bar to see its name and count.
Click a bar to list its Results with the Checklist, User, Answered time and Score; open a Result's Report from the list.
If nothing was completed for your selection, the widget shows No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
The widget reloads when you change a filter and with the dashboard every 10 minutes. Save changed filters in a Personal filter — see How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
Set Chart Options thresholds to your expected monthly count, so areas falling behind turn amber or red.
Use one widget per Checklist Category, for example maintenance inspections, to compare like with like.
To see what's still outstanding rather than what's done, use Readiness by Locations and Groups.
Frequently asked questions
Which widget shows checklists from different locations side by side?
This one, for the number completed per Location or Location Group. For the share of scheduled work that's handled, use Readiness by Locations and Groups.
The widget says a checklist and a location must be selected. What do I do?
Choose at least one Checklist or Checklist Category, and at least one Location or Location Group, in the widget's filters. The chart stays empty until both are set.
Why is my parent location group lower than its sub-groups?
A group's bar only counts Locations placed directly in it; sub-groups get their own bars. Turn on Show Locations in Groups for a bar per Location.
Can I see which attraction did its monthly or two-weekly checklists?
Filter by the Checklist Categories or Checklists for those inspections and turn on Show Locations in Groups, then click a bar to see each Result. To see what's not done, use Missed Checklists.
