An exceptions-focused Report Template can make a scored inspection easier to review. It hides selected routine content while retaining answers that need attention and any evidence you choose to preserve.

Before you start
Check how the Checklist scores its answers first. A failed answer with empty Points is non-scoring, not a scored zero. Review the scoring scheme and test against several representative Results.
Walkthrough
1. Name the review template
Create a Report Template with a clear name such as Presentation audit exceptions. Describe its intended audience and use so reviewers choose it deliberately.
2. Hide full-score answers carefully
Enable Hide scoring questions where the maximum score is achieved. Enable the associated Unless options for comments, images or Assignments when that evidence must remain visible even on a full-score answer.
3. Preserve unscored evidence
Decide whether to use Hide non-scoring question. If enabled, review its exceptions, especially Unless question type cannot give points and evidence options. Leave Hide questions where the score is below maximum off for an exceptions report.
4. Test the report on Results
Save the template. Open representative Results and select it in the report dropdown. Include tests with zero-point answers, N/A, free text, photos and created Assignments. Compare each with the full report before using the template routinely.
Check the outcome
The chosen report hides only the intended routine detail. Low scores and required evidence remain readable. The original Result is unchanged.

Re-test after changing scoring or evidence rules.
Do not treat hidden content as deleted or access-restricted.

Does this template apply automatically to all Results?
No. Select it when viewing or exporting, or on a Result Report rule. See Report Templates.
Can a template add or rearrange fields?
No. Report Templates hide supported content; they do not add fields or change the report layout.
Will hiding a question remove its answer?
No. The saved Result remains unchanged. The template controls what this report displays.
