Overview
The Latest Images widget shows recent images from Checklist answers, Assignments and Notes. Filter the sources or Locations, then select an image tile to view it.

What it shows
The 50 most recent images that match the filters, newest first. There's no time range.
Each tile shows the image's Location and the time and date it was added. Scroll the widget to see all 50.
Images come from the same place as the Gallery: Checklist answers, Assignments and Notes.
Only images you can see appear. Super Users see all of them. Other Users see images from their Locations: all of them with Gallery › View Gallery or with permission to view both Results and Assignments; otherwise only images from Results and Assignments they can see, and no Note images. Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so an image has to match all of them.

Reading the widget
Click a tile to open the image in the Gallery's detailed view, with Download Image, Go to (the Result or Assignment it came from) and More Options › Create Related Assignment. Use the arrows to step through the other images in the widget.
New images don't appear the moment they're added. The widget reloads with the dashboard every 10 minutes and whenever you change a filter. Changes you make to its filters on a dashboard are kept only if you save them in a Personal filter — see Dashboard filters — Organization vs Personal. Bulk filtering and the Location Switcher can also change its Locations and Checklists. See How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
Filter each copy of the widget to one purpose — for example From Assignments at your Locations — so the 50 tiles stay relevant.
Use a Question Category, or one Checklist with a Page and Question, to follow the photos from one type of check.
For older images or more filters, such as time range, open the Gallery. See Gallery filtering and Categories — advanced workflows.
Frequently asked questions
Can I make some checklist images private, so not everyone with dashboard access can see them?
Yes, through access rather than the widget. The widget only shows each viewer the images they can see. Restrict who can see those Results, and don't give those Users Gallery › View Gallery. See Use the Gallery to review images.
I can't find an image in the widget. Where is it?
The widget only shows the 50 most recent images that match its filters. Open the Gallery and filter by time range, Checklist and Location to find older images.
Do new images appear automatically?
Yes, but not instantly. The widget reloads with the dashboard every 10 minutes, and whenever you change a filter or reload the page.
