Overview
The Contributors widget shows how many different Users completed Checklists in a period, as a single number. Use it to see how widely a team is taking part, and click it to see who contributed and how many Checklists each person completed.

What it shows
The number of different Users who completed at least one Checklist Result in the period. A User who completed 40 Results counts once.
Each Result counts for the User who completed it. Results still in progress and deleted Results don't count.
A Result is in the period when its completion time (Answered) falls in it. Results count whatever their approval state.
Only Results you can see count. Super Users see all of them; other Users see Results at their Locations that they're allowed to view. See How access works in Mobaro.
ℹ️ Note: The widget counts people who completed Checklists. It doesn't show who hasn't, and it has no Role or User Group filter.
Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so a Result has to match all of them.

Reading the widget
Click the number to open Contributors, a list of each User with Name and Checklists — the number of Results they completed in the period — most first. It uses the widget's filters. If nobody matches, it shows No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
The period follows the dashboard's time zone. The widget reloads with the dashboard every 10 minutes and whenever you change a filter. Changes you make to its filters on a dashboard are kept only if you save them in a Personal filter — see Dashboard filters — Organization vs Personal. Best practices
Filter to one Checklist or Schedule, such as the opening checks, so the number means one thing.
Use one widget per team's Locations to compare participation between areas.
Open the list to see if a few people complete most of the work, and share the load.
Frequently asked questions
When I've set up an ad hoc checklist slot, can I see who is outstanding?
Not with this widget; it only counts people who completed Checklists. For work that isn't done yet, use the Overdue Checklists widget or the Missed Checklists widget.
Can I filter contributors by role or team?
No. There's no Role or User Group filter. Filter by Locations, Schedules, Checklists or Checklist Categories instead, then click the number to see each person.
Why is someone missing from the list?
They didn't complete a Result in the period that matches the filters, their Checklist is still in progress, or the Result is at a Location whose Results you can't see.
