What it shows
Each bar averages completed Result scores, with equal weight per Result. Score is points collected divided by maximum points. See Understanding Checklist scoring.
It includes Results whatever their approval state. Results with no score, without a Location, unfinished or deleted are left out.
For a Location Group, you get a bar for the group and one for each of its sub-groups. Each bar counts only the Locations placed directly in that group or sub-group.
Selecting Locations and Location Groups produces bars for both. Show Locations in Groups instead produces one bar per selected Location and each Location in the selected groups and sub-groups.
With Show Points on, each bar is the average points per scored answer.
Only Results you can see count: Super Users see all of them; other Users see Results at their Locations that they're allowed to view. See How access works in Mobaro.
The vertical axis runs from 0 to 100%, or up to the highest maximum points with Show Points on. Bars are colored by the Chart Options thresholds, if you set any:
Thresholds on | Bar color |
Both | At or below Lower threshold: red. Above it but below Upper threshold: amber. At or above Upper threshold: green. |
Only Lower threshold | Above it: green. At or below it: red. |
Only Upper threshold | Above it: green. At or below it: amber. |
None | Each bar gets its own color from the chart palette. |
The thresholds are compared with the bar's value, so with Show Points on they're read as points. Lower threshold must be below Upper threshold to save.
Settings and filters
Use the widget’s top buttons. Results must match every filter. Viewers can change filters and the title; save a Personal filter to keep changes.
Setting | What it does | Default |
Time range | The period, matched on each Result's Answered time. Choose Today, Yesterday, Last week, Current week, Current month, Last a number of Days, Weeks or Months, Specific month or Custom Time Range. There's no All Time. | Last 12 months |
Chart Options | Tick Upper threshold and/or Lower threshold and enter a Score for each to color the bars. | Both off (80 and 40 filled in) |
Checklist Categories | Only Checklists in these categories. Shown only if your organization uses Checklist Categories. | None |
Checklists | Only Results of these Checklists. | None |
Locations | The Locations and Location Groups to show as bars. | None |
Show Locations in Groups | One bar per Location instead of per group. | Off |
Show Points | Shows Average Points, the average points per scored answer, instead of a percentage. | Off |
ℹ️ Note: The widget shows Checklist/Checklist Category and Location/Location Group must be selected until you choose at least one Checklist or Checklist Category and at least one Location or Location Group.
Reading the widget
Hover over a bar to see its name and value: a whole percentage, or points to two decimals.
Click a bar to open a window named after the Location or group. It lists each Checklist with its Amount of Answers (the number of Results, or scored answers with Show Points on) and Average Score, or Average Points.
Click a Checklist to see the average for each Page. Use the back arrow to return.
A group's window covers all its Locations, including those in sub-groups, so it can differ from the group's bar.
If nothing matches the filters, the widget says No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
Times use the dashboard’s time zone. Data reloads every 10 minutes and after setting changes. Bulk filtering can change time range, Checklists and Locations; the Location Switcher changes Locations.
Best practices
Filter to one Checklist or Checklist Category, so each bar compares the same work.
Set thresholds that match your targets, such as 80 and 60, so weak Locations stand out in red.
Turn on Show Locations in Groups when a group's bar looks low, to find the Location behind it.
Frequently asked questions
Will a location turn red if it scores less than 100%?
Only on this widget, and only if you set Chart Options thresholds: bars below them turn amber or red. Readiness colors elsewhere depend on completing critical Checklists, not on the score itself, apart from one Require maximum score case — see Understanding Checklist scoring.
Why doesn't a group's bar match the numbers when I click it?
The bar counts only Locations placed directly in the group; its sub-groups get their own bars. The window you open covers every Location in the group, including sub-groups. Turn on Show Locations in Groups for one bar per Location.
Can I add a target line to the chart?
No. The thresholds color the bars but don't draw a line on this widget. The Average Score Per Page widget draws dashed threshold lines.
