Overview
The Score Development widget shows the average score of completed Results over time. Choose a monthly, weekly or daily interval to see changes in performance.

What it shows
Each point is the average score of the Results completed in that month, week or day. A Result's score is the points collected divided by the maximum possible, as a percentage, and every Result counts equally. See Understanding Checklist scoring.
It includes completed Results whose Answered time is in the period, whatever their approval state: awaiting validation, approved, disapproved or not needing approval.
Results with no score (no scored answers), unfinished Results and deleted Results are left out. A Checklist that wasn't done doesn't count as 0%.
With Show Points on, each point is the average points per scored answer instead.
Only Results you can see count: Super Users see all of them; other Users see Results at their Locations that they're allowed to view. See How access works in Mobaro.
The vertical axis runs from 0 to 100% in steps of 20. With Show Points on, it runs up to the highest average maximum points of the periods shown. Each point is labelled with its value to two decimals.
Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so a Result has to match all of them. You can also give the widget a custom title. Anyone viewing the dashboard can change these settings for themselves; to keep them, save a Personal filter.

There's no Checklist Categories filter, threshold or target line on this widget.
Reading the widget
Points are labelled by period: year and month (2026-03), year and week number (2026-14) or the date (2026-03-14).
Only periods with at least one scored Result get a point. The line joins the points it has, so a period with no Results is skipped rather than drawn as 0.
The chart has no hover tooltip and isn't clickable. To find the Location behind a dip, use the Average Score widget or the Average Score by Locations and Groups widget.
If nothing matches the filters, the widget says No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
Periods are grouped by the Answered date in UTC, while the time range uses the dashboard's time zone. A Result completed near midnight can land in the neighbouring day or week.
Times are in the dashboard's time zone. The widget reloads with the dashboard every 10 minutes and whenever you change a setting. Bulk filtering can also change its time range, Checklists and Locations, and the Location Switcher its Locations. See How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
Match the interval to the range: Day for the last few weeks, Month for a year.
Filter to one Checklist, or Checklists that use the same scoring scheme, so the line means one thing.
Pair it with the Average Score widget for today's number and the trend side by side.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put checklist results in a graph to compare them?
Yes. Score Development charts the average score over time. To compare Locations, use Average Score by Locations and Groups; to compare the pages of one Checklist, use Average Score Per Page.
If a checklist isn't started, does it count as 0%?
No. Only completed Results with a score count, so missed or unstarted Checklists don't pull the line down. To track them, use the Deviation Overview widget or Missed Checklists widget.
Why do other people see a different line on the same dashboard?
Each viewer only sees Results they have access to, so Users with fewer Locations can see different averages. Viewers can also change the widget's filters for themselves. See How access works in Mobaro.
Why is a month missing from the chart?
No completed, scored Results in that month matched the filters, so there's no point for it. Check that the Checklists have points and widen the Checklists or Locations filters.
