Overview
The Average Score per Page widget compares scores across the pages of one Checklist. Use it to find which sections lose the most points.

What it shows
Each bar is all the points collected on the page's scored questions divided by all the points possible on them, as a percentage, across the completed Results in the period. Results and questions worth more points weigh more. See Understanding Checklist scoring.
With Show Points on, each bar is the average points per scored answer on that page.
It includes Results whatever their approval state. Unscored answers, Results with no score and deleted Results are left out, so a page without scored questions has no bar.
Pages follow the Checklist's current layout: if you move a question to another page, its earlier answers count on the new page, and answers to questions you've removed drop out.
Only Results you can see count: Super Users see all of them; other Users see Results at their Locations that they're allowed to view. See How access works in Mobaro.
The vertical axis runs from 0 to 100%, or up to the highest maximum points with Show Points on. Bars are colored by the Chart Options thresholds, and each enabled threshold is also drawn as a dashed grey line:
Thresholds on | Bar color |
Both | At or below Lower threshold: red. Above it but below Upper threshold: amber. At or above Upper threshold: green. |
Only Lower threshold | Above it: green. At or below it: red. |
Only Upper threshold | Above it: green. At or below it: amber. |
None | Each bar gets its own color from the chart palette. |
The thresholds are compared with the bar's value, so with Show Points on they're read as points. Lower threshold must be below Upper threshold to save.
Settings and filters
Use the buttons at the top of the widget. Filters combine, so a Result has to match all of them. You can also give the widget a custom title. Anyone viewing the dashboard can change these settings for themselves; to keep them, save a Personal filter.
Setting | What it does | Default |
Time range | The period, matched on each Result's Answered time. Choose Today, Yesterday, Last week, Current week, Current month, Last a number of Days, Weeks or Months, Specific month or Custom Time Range. There's no All Time. | Last 12 months |
Chart Options | Tick Upper threshold and/or Lower threshold and enter a Score for each to color the bars. | Both off (80 and 40 filled in) |
Checklists | The one Checklist to chart. Required. | None |
Locations | Only Results at these Locations or Location Groups. | None: every Location you can see |
Show Points | Shows Average Points, the average points per scored answer, instead of a percentage. | Off |
There's no Checklist Categories filter. Until you pick a Checklist, the widget says No Checklist Selected.
Reading the widget
Hover over a bar to see the page name and its value: a whole percentage, or points to two decimals.
Click a bar to open a window named after the page. It lists each Question with its Amount of Answers and Score, or Achieved Points with Show Points on.
Click a question to see each Location with its Amount of Answers and score. Use the back arrow to return.
If nothing matches the filters, the widget says No data is available for this widget. Please try changing your filtering.
If Bulk filtering applies more than one Checklist, the widget shows no chart until you pick a single Checklist again.
Times are in the dashboard's time zone. The widget reloads with the dashboard every 10 minutes and whenever you change a setting. Bulk filtering can also change its time range, Checklists and Locations, and the Location Switcher its Locations. See How to use the Dashboard.
Best practices
Set thresholds that match your targets, so weak pages stand out in red.
Review the page that scores lowest over several months, then click it to find the questions behind it.
Keep related checks on one page, so a page's score means one thing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I compare checklist results in a graph?
Yes. This widget compares the pages of one Checklist. To compare scores over time, use the Score Development widget; to compare Locations, use Average Score by Locations and Groups.
Why don't the page scores match the checklist's average score?
They're calculated differently. A page score adds up the points on that page across all Results, so higher-scoring questions weigh more. The Average Score widget averages each Result's overall percentage, so every Result counts equally.
Why is a page missing from the chart?
It has no scored answers in the period and filters. Pages with only unscored questions, such as text or photo questions, never get a bar.
Can I show more than one checklist?
No. The widget charts one Checklist. Add a second widget for another Checklist.
