Overview

The Value on Question by Location widget breaks down a Checklists question's data by location, giving you a clear side-by-side comparison of results across multiple sites.

Why this matters: Comparing the same Number Question across Locations in one bar chart makes outliers obvious, so you can see which sites lead and which need attention at a glance.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to your Dashboard, then select the value question to compare and refine the data with the available controls:

  • Result type: Display the latest, sum, or average.

  • Checklist question: Choose the Checklists question to analyze.

  • Location filter: Focus on specific Locations or Location Groups.

  • Time range: Set the period the comparison covers.

Best practice: Use the bar chart to rank sites at a glance, then drill into the lowest performers to prioritize where action is needed first.
