The Answer Distribution widget shows how a single Checklist question was answered, as a pie chart split by answer (for example OK versus Not OK), so you can read compliance or performance at a glance.
What it shows
Each answer becomes a proportional segment of the chart. You can apply conditional filters so the chart only counts Results where a related question has a particular answer, and the view updates dynamically as you change filters and conditions.
Set it up on a Dashboard
Add the Answer Distribution widget to your Dashboard, then open its filter and pick a Checklist and a specific question.
Use the conditions section to add criteria — for example, only count Results where Inspect each seat unit was answered OK — then apply the filter.
Adjust the timeframe and Location filters to target the analysis.
Note: A safety manager checking Check seat unit restraints for overall condition can filter to Results where Inspect each seat unit applies, surface an unexpectedly high share of Not OK answers, and act on the affected areas right away.
