The Readiness as Text widget gives a quick textual summary of checklist readiness, showing the percentage of completed checklists against the total available in an easy-to-read format.
Why this matters: A plain percentage with completed-versus-total counts is the fastest way to read readiness on a busy Dashboard, with no chart to interpret.
Configuration and filters
Set the filters to control the readiness figure shown:
Use the
Time Perioddropdown to choose the timeframe, such as Today or This Week.Apply Locations or Location Groups filters to narrow the data, down to a single location, a group, or the entire organization.
Read the percentage, which reflects the ratio of completed Checklists to the total assigned for the chosen period and location.
Best practice: Pair this widget with the Readiness Gauge for a more visual interpretation, and focus on areas with lower percentages to identify bottlenecks in checklist completion.
