How to Locate Rejected, Resumed, or Completed Checklists in Mobaro

When working with checklists in Mobaro, it’s important to understand how to locate them based on their current state—whether they are rejected, resumed, or completed. This guide provides clear instructions for finding checklists in each of these scenarios.

Overview of Checklist States

Checklists in Mobaro can exist in various states:

  • Rejected: A checklist that was invalidated and may need to be resumed.

  • Resumed: A previously rejected checklist that has been resumed for further action.

  • Completed: A checklist that has been fully completed and is awaiting validation.

Understanding these states will help you navigate the app effectively.

Locating Rejected Checklists

To find a rejected checklist that was later resumed:

  1. Open the Resumable Results view in the Mobaro app.

  2. Enable the filter that includes resumed results. This will ensure that any resumed checklists appear in the list.

  3. Alternatively, you can locate the checklist from the assignee’s app if the report was resumed after being invalidated.

Locating Resumed Checklists

Resumed checklists are treated as active items and will appear in the Resumable Results view once the appropriate filters are applied. Ensure that you have enabled the filter for resumed results to view these checklists.

Locating Completed Checklists

If a checklist has already been completed, it will not appear under the Resumable Results section. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Results list in the Mobaro app.

  2. Look for completed results awaiting validation in this section.

Tips for Using Filters Effectively

  • Always ensure that the correct filters are enabled to display the desired checklist state.

  • If you cannot find a checklist, double-check the filters and the section (Resumable Results or Results) you are searching in.

By following these steps and tips, you can efficiently locate any checklist in Mobaro, regardless of its state.
