Overview
The Latest Images widget shows the most recent images captured in Checklists, giving you a live visual snapshot of activities, inspections, and findings.
Why this matters: Seeing the latest images as they come in lets you spot issues visually without opening each Checklist or Result individually.
Configuration and filters
Add the Latest Images widget from the Image category, then use the widget filters to control which images appear.
View the most recently uploaded images from Checklists, updated automatically as new images arrive.
Click a thumbnail to open the image at full size.
See the Location and origin (such as Checklist or Assignment) for each image, with deep links to the source.
Use the
ChecklistandLocationfilters to focus on specific checklists or locations.
Best practice: Filter to your high-priority locations or checklists so the widget surfaces the images that matter most, and pair it with checklist widgets to correlate images with specific tasks.
