Competencies in Mobaro allow you to track internal and external Certifications, ensuring the right individuals are qualified for specific tasks. These Competencies can be used to control access to Checklists or determine Operator/Attendant eligibility for RideOps.
Steps to Create a Competency
Follow these steps to create a Competency:
Navigate to Competencies
Navigate to 
Competencies in the Mobaro sidebar.
Create a New Competency
Click the + Create button.
Add Competency Details
Assign a name to the Competency. optional Provide a description to clarify its purpose.
Save Your Changes
Click 
Save to finalize and add the Competency to your Mobaro setup.
