Overview
A Schedule can look complete and still reach nobody — usually because its assignees aren't members of the target Location. Mobaro has two read-only checks for this: the Results Expected panel in the Schedule's settings, and the Schedule Metrics view it opens.
Together they show how many Results each slot should produce, and, for every target, which assignees can complete the Checklists and which reviewers can validate and reschedule them. They work on Calendar Schedules, Continuous Schedules and Ad Hoc Slots.

Who can do this | Anyone who can create or edit the Schedule — Super Users, its Owners or creator, or a Role with Schedules › Create or Modify. The list action needs only view access |
Where | The Schedule's or Ad Hoc Slot's settings › Results Expected › Show Details; or Schedules › select one Schedule › View schedule metrics |
Works on | Backend (web) |
Availability | Results Expected: all organizations. View schedule metrics in the list: ask your CSM to enable Schedule Metrics quick view access |
💡 Why this matters: Catching a membership gap at setup takes seconds. Catching it after a missed pre-opening inspection takes an incident review. Check before you rely on the Schedule.
What Results Expected shows
The Results Expected panel sits at the bottom of the settings of a Calendar Schedule, a Continuous Schedule and Configure Ad Hoc Slot. Collapsed, it shows one number; expand it to see Checklists per Target × Targets = Total Results.
Targets counts the Assets you picked, or the Locations after Location Groups are expanded and Exclusions (Locations/Location Groups) are removed — including Locations you can't access yourself.
For a Calendar Schedule or Ad Hoc Slot, Total Results is what each slot should produce. A different number than you expected usually means a wrong Location Group or exclusion.
The panel follows your unsaved changes, so you can check before you click Save.
What Schedule Metrics checks
Schedule Metrics lists every target Location (and Asset, for Asset targets) with the number of Assignees and Reviewers who are members of it — directly, through a User Group or through a Location Group. A warning icon marks a target with none. Click a row (Go to details) to see each person:
Indicator | Shown when the person is |
User can complete checklists | An assignee and a member of the Location |
User can review results | A reviewer or a Super User |
User can validate results | A Super User, or a reviewer whose Role has Results › Validate |
User can reschedule missing results | A Super User, or a reviewer whose Role has Schedules › Create |
⚠️ Heads-up: Schedule Metrics only checks people and Location membership. It doesn't check whether a slot is open, Required Competencies, or Results › Validate Missing, which approving and rescheduling Missing Results also need. People who aren't assignees or reviewers aren't listed, even Super Users.
Run the check
1. Add Checklists, targets and people
In the Schedule's or Ad Hoc Slot's settings, fill in What?, Where? and Who?. Results Expected updates as you go.
2. Open Schedule Metrics
Expand Results Expected and click Show Details. If your organization has Schedule Metrics quick view access, you can also select one Schedule in the Schedules list and click View schedule metrics; this needs only view access to the Schedule.
3. Review each target
Look for targets with a warning icon or a count of 0, then click the row to see who can complete, review, validate and reschedule there.
4. Fix the gaps
Add the missing people to the Location or to a User Group that's a member of it, add Reviewers, or adjust their Roles — see How access works in Mobaro. Schedule Metrics changes nothing itself; save the Schedule after any change to it.
Best practices
Check Schedule Metrics whenever you change a Schedule's targets or people, and after reorganizing Location memberships or Roles.
Make sure every target has at least one assignee and one reviewer who can validate.
Assign User Groups that are members of the target Locations, rather than individuals.
Frequently asked questions
A user can't see the scheduled checklist in the app. Can Schedule Metrics tell me why?
Partly. If User can complete checklists isn't shown for them at that Location, they're not an assignee or not a member. If it is, check that a slot is open and their competencies, then have them refresh. See How to schedule a Checklist.
Schedule Metrics shows 0 assignees for a location, but I assigned a user group. Why?
Assigning a User Group doesn't give access to Locations. Its members count only if they, or the group, are members of that Location. Add the group to the Location, then check again.
A user can validate scheduled results but not ad hoc ones. Why?
Reviewers are set on each Ad Hoc Slot separately. Open the slot's Schedule Metrics to see who can validate there, and add the user or their User Group to its Reviewers. See Ad Hoc Slots — setup and behavior.
