Overview
Your organization can use its own logo and colors when opting into custom white labeling in the Mobaro Backend, on the sign-in page and in the Mobaro app, and its logo on reports and the home screen. Mobaro staff apply this branding for you: there's no setting for it in your Backend. Send your logo files and colors to Mobaro and they set them up.

What can be branded
There are two parts: a theme, with colors and logos for the Backend and the app, and two organization logos used on reports and home screens. Each organization has its own.

Anything not set keeps Mobaro's standard look. For example, without an app logo the home screen shows the Mobaro logo.
Request your branding
1. Prepare your files
Collect your logos as image files, and your colors as hex codes, for example #074F57. For the side menu, a wide logo and a simple square mark work best, because they're shown small. Pick text colors that are easy to read on your background colors.
2. Send them to Mobaro
Email your CSM or Mobaro Support with the files, the colors, and which organizations they're for. Say which parts you want: Backend, app, report logo or home-screen logo.
3. Check the result
Once Mobaro confirms, reload the Backend and open the app. Check the side menu, the toolbar, a button, the sign-in page and a Result report.
How the branding is applied
Backend. After you sign in, the Backend loads the active organization's theme. When you switch organization, the look switches too.
Sign-in page. The sign-in page shows the theme last used in that browser, because it appears before Mobaro knows your organization. A browser that has never signed in shows Mobaro's standard look, and signing out doesn't change it.
Mobaro app. The app applies your theme each time it refreshes its data and remembers it on the device, so the sign-in screen shows the last organization's look.
Going back. Mobaro can reset the Backend or app theme to Mobaro's standard look at any time.
Best practices
Send a wide logo and a square mark together, so both the expanded and collapsed side menu look right.
Check contrast: white text on a light color is hard to read in the toolbar and on buttons.
If your company has several organizations, brand each one clearly, so people can tell at a glance which one they're in.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update our logo myself?
No. There's no logo or theme setting in your Backend. Send the new logo to your CSM or Mobaro Support and say where it should appear; Mobaro applies it for you.
Why does the sign-in page still show the old logo or colors?
The sign-in page shows the look your browser last saw. Sign in once, and the browser picks up the current theme; the next sign-in page uses it.
Why do our two organizations look different?
Each organization has its own theme and logos. Ask Mobaro to apply the same branding to both, or keep them different so people can tell which one they're in.
Can RideOps show our logo and colors?
No. RideOps keeps Mobaro's standard look. The theme applies to the Backend and the Mobaro app.
