Overview
LOCATION OVERVIEW in the Mobaro app shows today's readiness for your Locations as a grid of hexagon tiles. Each tile shows how much of the day's Checklists are done and whether the Location is ready for operation. Tap a Location to see its Checklists and Assignments, and start work from there.

💡 Why this matters: Supervisors on the floor can see which rides aren't ready before opening, and jump straight to the outstanding Checklist or Assignment, without going back to a computer.
Read the overview
The two white tiles at the top summarize everything on screen:
Checklists: the percentage of today's Checklists that are handled, and how many are available now.
Assignments: the number of open Assignments, and how many of them are high priority.
Below them, Location Groups come first, with a ring that fills up as their Checklists get done. Tap a group to open its Locations; tap the home icon or a group name in the path at the top to go back. Then come the Locations that aren't in a group. Each Location tile shows:
Percentage: today's Checklists handled, or N/A when none are counted for today.
Color: readiness for operation. Red is not ready, green is ready, gray means no Checklists today. The color follows your organization's readiness rules, not the percentage. See Configuring readiness colors on the Location Overview.
Badge: the number of open high-priority Assignments.
The tile can also reflect the Location's operational state from Operational Logging (open, closed, non-blocking Downtime or Blocking Downtime).
What counts. "Handled" means completed (including Results awaiting approval) or missed and then approved. The total is every Checklist slot for today: completed, missing, available now and available later. Only Calendar Schedules and Ad Hoc Slots count; Continuous Checklists don't. You see the Checklists of Schedules you're an assignee, reviewer or owner of, or all of them with Schedules › View, at Locations you're a member of. Super Users see all Checklists at every Location.
Open a Location
Tap a Location tile to open it. It has two tabs:

Assignments | Active: High Priority and Past Deadline counts and the open Assignments, plus Create Assignment if you're allowed to create them. Completed: the Location's finished Assignments. |
Tap a Checklist to start it. Checklists you can see but aren't assigned to show too, for example as a Reviewer; tapping one explains that only assignees can complete it. To focus on one Asset, pick it at the top; the lists show Filtered to with its name. Scanning an Asset's code with the scan button at the top of LOCATION OVERVIEW opens its Location already filtered to it. See How to utilize scanner codes.
Change the settings
Tap the cog icon at the top of LOCATION OVERVIEW to open SETTINGS, change what you need and tap Apply. Clear resets everything except the time zone.

Settings are kept on this device for each organization until you log out. The Location Group Filter in your Profile also applies: the overview opens at that group and shows Filtered to with its name.
If it doesn't load
You see | Why, and what to do |
Mobaro could not connect to the server… | Location Overview needs a live connection. Try again on Wi-Fi or mobile data. |
It keeps loading | Your Results or Assignment changes are still waiting to upload. Wait until the home screen shows No pending uploads, then open LOCATION OVERVIEW again. See Working online versus offline with Mobaro. |
Too many locations to view… | More than 350 tiles. Turn off Extract locations from groups, or set a Location Group Filter. |
The tile is blanked out | An app area rule hides it for your User Group. See Configuring app settings and app area availability rules. |
A Location is missing | Check Display settings, Hide locations ready for operation and your Location Group Filter, then your Location membership. |
Best practices
Set a Location Group Filter for your area, so the overview opens where you work.
Turn on Hide locations ready for operation during opening for a "what's still blocking us" view.
Schedule pre-opening checks on Calendar Schedules, not Continuous ones, if you want them to count here.
When a tile is red, open the Location and deal with the outstanding Checklists and high-priority Assignments first. See Troubleshooting red statuses on the Location Overview.
Frequently asked questions
How can I make the location overview show just my location instead of the whole company?
Set a Location Group Filter in your Profile. Location Overview then opens at that group. Your Location membership also limits which Locations appear, unless you have Locations › View.
Does the percentage on a tile show my checklist scores?
No. It's the share of today's scheduled Checklists that are handled, not a score. A Location with no Checklists counted today shows N/A.
Why doesn't my continuous checklist count on the location overview?
Only Calendar Schedules and Ad Hoc Slots have slots to count. Continuous Checklists are listed on the Location's Continuous tab but don't change the percentage. Use a Calendar Schedule for checks that must count.
Can I see tomorrow's checks in the location overview?
No. It always shows today in the chosen time zone. Use Time Range Inclusion to decide which of today's slots count, and the CALENDAR tile for upcoming Checklists.
Can I scan an asset's QR code to open it in the app?
Yes. Use the scan button in Location Overview, or turn on Location scanner in dashboard header in your Profile. The app opens the Asset's Location, filtered to that Asset.
