Overview
To compare the same checks across several rides, areas or sites, and see how they change over time, schedule one Checklist to all of those Locations. Each Result is recorded against the Location where it was completed, so dashboards, the Results list and reports can show each Location separately, side by side or over time.

💡 Why this matters: Data can only be compared if it was collected the same way. One Checklist used at every Location gives every Result the same questions and scoring, so a widget can put the Locations side by side and show the trend at each one.
Set up for comparison
1. Create a Location for each site
Create each ride, area or site you want to track as its own Location. Group Locations that belong together, such as one park or zone, in Location Groups so you can report on the group as well. See How to create Locations and How to create Location Groups.
2. Build one Checklist
Create a single Checklist with the questions you want to compare. Scored questions feed the score widgets; Number and Slider questions feed the value widgets, and Temperature questions feed Value Development By Location. See How to create a checklist and Understanding Checklist scoring.
3. Schedule it to every Location
Create one Schedule for the Checklist and add every Location, or their Location Groups, under Where?. A Location Group target covers each Location in the group, and each Location gets its own Checklist to complete. Assignees must be members of a Location to see the Checklist there. ⚠️ Heads-up: Don't copy the Checklist once per Location. The value widgets read one Checklist at a time, so copies can't be compared on one chart, and every change to the questions has to be made in each copy.
Analyse over time
Add these widgets to a Dashboard Template. Most have a time range, a Checklists (or Checklist question) filter and a Locations filter, so set them to your Checklist and the Locations you want to compare.

Best practices
Decide what you want to compare before you build the Checklist, and keep its questions stable so results stay comparable over time.
Build one Dashboard Template per audience, with only the widgets that audience acts on.
Set each widget's Locations filter to the handful you want to compare; with no filter, a chart can get crowded.
Pair a status widget with a trend widget, such as Location Overview with Score Development.
Share dashboards with the people who make decisions from them.
Frequently asked questions
Can the same checklist be scheduled for multiple locations at the same time?
Yes. Add all the Locations or Location Groups under Where? on one Schedule. Each Location gets its own Checklist, and its Result is recorded against that Location. See How to schedule a Checklist.
Can I put checklist results in a graph and compare locations?
Yes. Value Development By Location draws one line per Location for a question, and Average Score by Locations and Groups shows a bar per Location. Both need the same Checklist at every Location.
Is it better to select checklists or schedules when making dashboards?
Select Checklists to compare the same checks: score, value and count widgets filter by Checklist. Readiness widgets, Location Overview and Completed Checklists can also filter by Schedule, to follow whether one Schedule's work gets done.
I scheduled a checklist for several locations. Why do users see it for all of them?
Users in the Schedule's Assigned to see the Checklist at every one of its Locations they're a member of. To limit someone to one Location, change their Location membership. See Giving Users access to a Location.
