Overview
The Activities page is the RideOps log book for the tablet's Location. Use Today to review what has happened and Planned to see upcoming work for the coming week.

Open the Activities page
1. Sign in as an Operator
The left menu is greyed out until an Operator is signed in to the Location.
2. Tap the Activities icon
In the left menu, tap the gear icon. The page opens with the Location's name and Operation activities as its heading.
3. Choose Today or Planned
Tap Today or Planned at the top. The page opens on Today, and each switch loads the list again.
What Today shows
Today lists activity at the Location since midnight in the tablet's time zone, newest first. Each entry shows an icon, what happened, a detail line, who did it, and the date and time in the signed-in Operator's date and time format.

The icon colour flags the outcome: for example green for an approved Note or a resolved Assignment, red for a rejected Note, a disapproved Result or a Blocking Downtime. Only Assignments raised from operations at the Location, such as from Notes and Downtimes, appear. Entries are read-only: tapping one doesn't open it.
Dispatches and queue times aren't listed; they're in Log book on the web — the Operational Log dialog.
What Planned shows
Planned lists what is coming from now until the end of the seventh day ahead, grouped by day. Only days with activities are listed. Each day heading shows the date, or Today, and how many activities it has. Days start expanded: tap a heading to collapse or expand it.
Scheduled checklist: the Location's RideOps Preopening and Closing Checklists at the opening and closing times of its opening hours. See Add opening hours to a Location.
Assignment planned: unfinished Assignments with a start and end time, raised from operations at the Location such as Notes and Downtimes, with Ends at and their end time.
⚠️ Heads-up: Planned doesn't list Checklists from your Schedules or Calendars. It only shows the Location's RideOps Preopening and Closing Checklists.
Loading and connection
The Activities page loads live from Mobaro each time you open it or switch between Today and Planned; nothing is stored on the tablet and the list doesn't refresh by itself. If the tablet is offline, RideOps shows Connection problem — Could not load activities for this location. A period with nothing in it shows No activities in this period.
After Change Location, the page reloads for the new Location.
Best practices
Check Today before the first dispatch and at every handover, to see Notes and Downtimes from earlier in the day.
Use Planned at the start of a shift to see which Assignments are due at the ride this week.
For earlier days, filters, dispatches or sign-in history, use the Backend Operational Log.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Planned activities view do on RideOps?
It lists the next seven days at the Location: its RideOps Preopening and Closing Checklists at each opening and closing time, and unfinished Assignments raised from Notes and Downtimes. It doesn't show Checklists from your Schedules.
Can I see the ride's status over the last hour in RideOps?
Yes, for today. On Today, the Opened location, Closed location and Downtime entries show when the ride changed status. For dispatches or earlier days, use the Backend Operational Log.
Can I see who was signed in, and in which position?
For today, yes. Signed in and Signed out entries show the person, the time and the Position. For earlier days, tick Authorization in the Backend Operational Log.
Can I filter the Activities page or see earlier days?
No. RideOps only switches between Today and Planned, with all activity types together. To filter by activity type or User, or to look at past days, use Log book on the web — the Operational Log dialog.
